Connecting Europe Days 2026 to Address Transport Competitiveness and Resilience – Brussels

The next edition of Connecting Europe Days will take place from 28 September to 1 October 2026 in Brussels, bringing together policymakers, industry stakeholders, financial institutions and representatives from across the transport sector to discuss the future of Europe’s mobility system.

The conference will focus on key policy priorities including infrastructure financing, connectivity, competitiveness and the resilience of transport networks. Discussions are also expected to address the contribution of transport and logistics infrastructure to broader EU objectives such as strategic autonomy, supply chain security and military mobility.

In a context marked by geopolitical uncertainty and evolving trade patterns, initiatives that support efficient and secure connectivity between Member States and with international partners remain essential. Events such as Connecting Europe Days provide an opportunity to exchange best practices and explore investment pathways that can strengthen the sustainability and performance of Europe’s transport ecosystem, including its port infrastructure.
