On March 26, FEPORT responded to the call for feedback on the amendments to the Taxonomy Delegated Acts, which the Commission presented on February 26 as part of the Omnibus package and aimed at making taxonomy reporting for companies simpler and more cost-effective.
FEPORT reply welcomed the several amendment proposals aimed at reducing the administrative burdens for companies, such as the de minimis threshold making taxonomy-disclosure optional for activities that constitute less than 10% of a company’s turnover, operational, or capital expenditure.
The position paper also featured recommendations on how to enhance the reference in the technical screening criteria for cargo handling and associated equipment.
